1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "You") and da111 ("da111", "the Platform", "We", "Us", "Our") governing your access to and use of the da111 website available at https://da111.io and all associated services, products, features, and content offered therein, including but not limited to sports betting, live casino games, slot games, crash games, virtual sports, and account management services.

da111 operates an English-language online betting and casino platform designed specifically for players in Bangladesh. All services are provided in English and all financial transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) unless otherwise specified. By creating a da111 account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or using any portion of the platform, you agree to these Terms in full.

These Terms should be read together with da111's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference and form part of this Agreement.

2. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" means the individual registered user account created by a Player on the da111 platform.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds held in a Player's da111 Account at any given time, excluding bonus funds unless otherwise stated.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bet credits, or cashback amounts credited to a Player's Account pursuant to a da111 promotion.
• "BDT" means Bangladeshi Taka, the base currency of the da111 platform.
• "Deposit" means any transfer of real-money funds from a Player's payment method into the Player's da111 Account Balance.
• "Withdrawal" means any transfer of real-money funds from the Player's da111 Account Balance to the Player's nominated payment method.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the minimum aggregate bet volume that must be placed using Bonus Funds before those funds and any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "Platform" means the da111 website, its mobile-optimised interface, and all associated services accessible via https://da111.io.
• "Game Provider" means a third-party software company whose games are made available on the da111 Platform, including but not limited to Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe.
• "Prohibited Activity" means any action or pattern of behaviour described in Section 10 of these Terms.

3. Eligibility

3.1 Age Requirement

Access to and use of the da111 platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are aged 21 years or older. By registering an Account, you warrant and represent that you are at least 21 years of age. da111 reserves the right to request proof of age documentation at any time and to suspend or close any Account where the age requirement is found not to have been met. Any winnings generated on an Account where the age requirement is not satisfied may be forfeited.

3.2 Geographic Eligibility

da111 provides services to players based in Bangladesh. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the da111 platform complies with all laws and regulations applicable in your jurisdiction. da111 makes no representation that access to or use of the platform is lawful in every jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of da111 is permitted under the laws applicable to you.

3.3 Personal Capacity

You must be accessing and using da111 as a private individual for personal recreational purposes only. Corporate accounts, syndicate accounts, or accounts operated on behalf of third parties are not permitted. You must not use da111 services in the course of any trade, business, or profession.

4. Account Registration

4.1 Registration Requirements

To access da111's betting and casino products, you must first create a registered Account via the da111 Login page. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and primary contact details. You agree to update this information promptly if any of it changes.

4.2 One Account Policy

Each individual player is permitted to hold only one da111 Account. Opening, operating, or attempting to operate more than one Account — whether under the same identity or using different personal details — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. da111 employs technical and operational measures to detect duplicate Accounts. Where duplicate Accounts are identified, da111 reserves the right to close all associated Accounts, void all pending and settled bets placed from those Accounts, and retain any balances pending investigation.

4.3 Account Verification

da111 may require Players to complete identity verification ("KYC") at any point, including at the time of registration, before processing a Withdrawal, or when account activity triggers an internal review. Verification may require submission of a government-issued photo identification document, proof of address, and proof of ownership of the payment method used for Deposits. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account restrictions or closure.

5. Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your da111 Account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes associated with your Account. You must not share your Account credentials with any third party. da111 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account that results from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify da111 immediately by contacting the support team at [email protected]. da111 may suspend your Account temporarily while an investigation is conducted. All transactions made from your Account prior to notification of unauthorised access remain your responsibility unless da111 is able to establish that the access was attributable to a platform security failure on our part.

6. Deposits and Withdrawals

6.1 Accepted Payment Methods

da111 accepts Deposits and processes Withdrawals via the following payment methods for Bangladesh-based players: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The availability of specific payment methods may change from time to time. da111 will endeavour to provide notice of any material changes to payment method availability.

6.2 Deposit Limits

The minimum Deposit amount on da111 is ৳500. Maximum single-transaction Deposit limits vary by payment method and are displayed in the cashier section of the Platform. da111 reserves the right to impose additional transaction limits on individual Accounts as part of its responsible gaming obligations or risk management procedures.

6.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying Deposit, in accordance with da111's anti-money-laundering procedures. da111 aims to process Withdrawal requests within 24 hours of approval, subject to completion of any required verification steps. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider. da111 does not charge fees on standard Withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

6.4 Currency

All Deposits, Withdrawals, Account Balances, bets, and winnings on da111 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). da111 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. Any currency conversion required before funds reach the da111 platform is the sole responsibility of the Player and their payment provider.

7. Bonuses and Promotions

7.1 General Bonus Terms

da111 offers a range of promotional bonuses to both new and existing players, including but not limited to welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free bet credits, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions. All bonuses are subject to these general Terms and Conditions and to any specific terms published on the relevant promotion page within the da111 Platform at the time the offer is made.

7.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus Funds credited to your Account are subject to wagering requirements before they are eligible for Withdrawal. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated on the individual promotion page. Wagering requirements must be completed within the time period specified for each promotion. Bonus Funds that have not met their wagering requirements within the specified period will be removed from your Account without compensation.

7.3 Bonus Abuse

da111 reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reverse any bonus where there is reasonable evidence that the Player is engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple Accounts to claim the same offer, placing low-risk or zero-risk bets to circumvent wagering requirements, or using staking patterns designed to exploit promotional structures. Where bonus abuse is confirmed, da111 may close the Account and retain any associated balances.

7.4 Promotional Changes

da111 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes to promotions do not affect bonuses that have already been validly credited to a Player's Account prior to the effective date of the change, provided that the Player continues to meet all applicable terms.

8. Betting Rules

8.1 Placement of Bets

Bets placed on da111 are final once confirmed by the Platform. Players are responsible for reviewing all bet details — including selection, stake amount, and odds — before confirming any wager. da111 will not accept requests to cancel or amend bets once they have been confirmed, except in circumstances described in Section 8.3 below.

8.2 Odds and Markets

All odds displayed on da111 are subject to change prior to bet confirmation. The odds at which a bet is accepted are those displayed at the exact moment of confirmation, not those displayed when the betslip was initially loaded. da111 reserves the right to suspend or withdraw any market at any time prior to bet settlement, including during live in-play events.

8.3 Void Bets

da111 reserves the right to void bets in the following circumstances: where an event is cancelled or abandoned before the applicable settlement conditions have been met; where a manifest error in odds or market data has occurred; where a bet has been placed in violation of these Terms; or where da111 has reasonable grounds to believe that the integrity of the event in question has been compromised. Voided bets result in the return of the original stake to the Player's Account Balance.

8.4 Settlement

Bets are settled based on the official result of the relevant event as determined by the relevant sporting authority or official results provider. Where the official result is not available within a reasonable period following the conclusion of an event, da111 may settle based on widely reported and verified results. In cases of dispute, the decision of da111's trading team is final.

9. Casino and Game Rules

Casino games offered on da111 — including live dealer games, slot games, crash games, and virtual table games — are operated by certified third-party Game Providers. Each game is subject to its own set of rules, which are accessible within the game interface. In the event of a conflict between a game provider's rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail in all matters relating to the Player's Account, Balances, and use of the da111 Platform.

da111 does not accept responsibility for technical failures, communication errors, or interruptions that originate from a Game Provider's systems. Where a technical failure causes a game round to be interrupted, the Game Provider's published rules on incomplete rounds shall apply. da111 will endeavour to assist Players in resolving disputes with Game Providers but cannot guarantee any particular outcome from such processes.

10. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the da111 platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Account Balance, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Opening or operating more than one Account on da111, whether under your own identity or under fabricated personal details.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or at any subsequent point, including during identity verification processes.
• Using the da111 platform for any form of money laundering, including depositing funds derived from criminal activity, structuring deposits to avoid reporting thresholds, or using da111 accounts to move funds on behalf of third parties.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, algorithms, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, navigate the platform, or exploit any game, market, or promotional offer.
• Exploiting software errors, display errors, or technical faults in da111's platform or in any Game Provider's system to generate winnings that would not otherwise be achievable.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes in live poker, live casino, or any other multiplayer product.
• Engaging in arbitrage betting or matched betting strategies designed to generate risk-free profits from da111's promotional offers or odds inconsistencies.
• Accessing da111 from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• Allowing or facilitating access by a person under the age of 21 to a da111 Account, whether intentionally or through failure to secure Account credentials.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing da111 staff or other platform users in any communication channel.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on the da111 platform — including but not limited to the da111 brand name and logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces supplied by da111, and data compilations — is the property of da111 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the da111 platform for your own personal, non-commercial recreational use.

You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any material from the da111 platform without the prior written consent of da111, except as may be permitted under applicable law. Any use of da111's intellectual property for commercial purposes is strictly prohibited.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, da111 shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the da111 platform, including but not limited to: loss of profits or anticipated savings; loss of revenue; loss of data; loss of goodwill; loss of opportunity; or any loss arising from third-party claims.

da111's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the liability. This limitation applies regardless of the form of action, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), statute, or otherwise.

da111 makes no warranty that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Access to the da111 platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without any representation or warranty of any kind, express or implied.

13. Responsible Gaming

da111 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices among all players on the platform. Gambling should be treated as a form of entertainment, not as a source of income or a means of resolving financial difficulties. Players aged 21 and above are the only individuals permitted to use da111, and all players are encouraged to set personal limits on their gambling activity.

14. Suspension and Termination

14.1 Termination by Player

You may close your da111 Account at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Prior to Account closure, any pending Withdrawal requests will be processed in accordance with standard procedures, provided that all verification requirements have been satisfied. Bonus Funds that have not met applicable wagering requirements at the time of Account closure will be forfeited.

14.2 Suspension or Termination by da111

da111 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances: breach of these Terms and Conditions; suspected or confirmed fraudulent activity; suspected or confirmed money laundering or other financial crime; failure to complete required identity verification; activity that da111 reasonably believes poses a risk to the integrity of the platform; or any other circumstance in which da111 determines that continued Account operation would be contrary to its obligations or interests.

14.3 Effect of Termination

Upon Account termination for any reason, all Bonus Funds and pending promotions are immediately forfeited. Real-money Balances remaining in a closed Account will be returned to the Player's last verified payment method following completion of any outstanding investigation or verification process, subject to any amounts that may be legitimately withheld by da111 pursuant to these Terms.

15. Amendments to These Terms

da111 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will take effect from the date published on this page. Where a change is material — meaning it significantly affects Player rights or obligations — da111 will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice via email to the address registered on your Account or via a notification displayed upon your next da111 Login.

Your continued use of the da111 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may close your Account in accordance with Section 14.1.

16. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws relevant to da111's operations. Both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in resolving any such disputes, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that may be applicable in your jurisdiction.

Nothing in these Terms shall be construed as constituting legal advice. Players are encouraged to seek independent legal advice if they have questions about their rights and obligations under this Agreement.
